How to Register with the Practice

Please contact reception on 0161 740 1189 to see if we are currently registering new patients. We are closed for lunch between 12.30pm-2:00pm.

On registering at the practice you will need to bring:

​

• Photographic ID eg Driving Licence or Passport

• A utility bill with a Manchester postcode

• If you are entitled to free NHS treatment please bring proof of your exemption status

 

Bring these along  and we will gladly make you an appointment or put you on our waiting list.

If registration is for a child under the age of 18 years we will only need the parents to fill out a form

​
